Create nokia theme for S60 and Series 40 cell phones

* Support has been added for several new Series 40 UI theme elements, including:
o Virtual button and scrollbar items.
o Dimming in list and menu screens.
* Support has been added for icons in Arabic and Hebrew formats (right-to-left layouts) on S60 devices.
